I have visually graded under a bright light following the "Goldmine" Grading System.

"OU812"
Record: (MINT) assuming the record is mint since its sealed.
Sleeve: (Very Good ++) sealed. Sleeve looks perfect in NM condition but under close inspection I can see a few minor creasing marks by the spine.
"Skyscraper"
Sleeve: (Very Good +) sealed. top left corner has a ding. Top right and bottom right corners have very minor signs of wear.
Record: (MINT) assuming the record is mint since it is sealed
