This auction is for two superb condition blues LPs, for the true blues enthusiast! They are titled “Guitar Wizards 1926-1935” and “Country Blues Bottleneck Guitar Classics 1926-1937”. Both issued by Yazoo between 1969 and 1971, they both have excellent liner notes on the artists featured. The first LP has fourteen tracks from Carl Martin, Billy Bird, Blind Blake, Tampa Red, Sam Butler and William Moore. The second LP also has fourteen tracks, this time from King Solomon Hill, Barbecue Bob, The Shreveport Home Wreckers, Robert Johnson, Black Ace, Ruth Willis, Jim & Bob (The Genial Hawaiians), Bo Weavil Jackson, Weaver & Beasley, Ramblin’ Thomas, Kansas City Joe & Memphis Minnie, Oscar Woods, Bukka White and Irene Scruggs. As stated earlier, both records are in excellent condition, great for blues and R&B collectors!
