All LPs are from my own personal collection and are being sold to finance other items.

This LP has been play graded on the following system:
Rega Planar 3 with AT440MLB cartridge, Rega Brio 3 Amp, Rega RS1 speakers.

This LP has been cleaned on a Pro-Ject VC-S Vinyl Cleaner and comes in a ’Nagaoka’ type anti static sleeve placed in the inner sleeve that came with the LP.

1) Iron Butterfly- In-A-Gadda-Da-Vida. Atlantic 588116. 1st Pressing UK 1968. Made In England.

Matrix: 588116 A//1 420 1 588116 2Y * 2 420 1

Disc Condition:
Audio: A little light crackle, mainly at run ins, odd clicks, a little distortion, nothing major. Overall the audio is bright and clear with a strong defined soundstage.
No scratches or jumps when played on my system.
Visual: Some marks under bright light but they barely produce any noise. Otherwise bright and clean.
Labels: Some light spindle marks. Bright and clean.

Sleeve Condition:
Some light rubbing, some light creases, a little light browning on rear face, nothing major. Overall crisp, bright and clean.
Inner Sleeve: Plain inner, presumably original, some creases, a little browning, overall bright and clean.

Nice copy, a great listen. The sleeve is nice and the audio is bright and clear with a strong defined soundstage.

2) Iron Butterfly - Heavy. ATCO Records 2465-015. Original 1970 UK.
Although Discogs refers to this as a reissue from what I can see this was the only issue released in the UK at the time on vinyl.
Albeit a couple of years after the original US release.

Matrix: 2465015 A//2 1 1 2 2465015 B//2 1 1 2

Disc Condition:
Audio: Some crackle, mostly on side two. Loud click on track 3 side two for about 10 sec.
Overall the audio is clear and detailed with a strong defined soundstage.
Visual: Bright and clean.
Labels: Bright and clean.

Sleeve Condition:
Large mark where sticker removed, edges rubbed, some marks. Overall bright and clean.
Inner Sleeve: Plain inner, presumably original, some creases, a little browning, overall bright and clean.

Apart from the loud 10 sec click this is a great sounding copy, the audio is clear and detailed with a strong defined soundstage.
