INTERNATIONAL BUYERS- IMPORTANT! -READ BEFORE BIDDING

FOR 78 rpm RECORDS, E-MAIL FOR A SHIPPING QUOTE BEFORE YOU BID

USPS INTERNATIONAL REGISTERED MAIL (tracking) is a service provided by the United States Postal Service to foreign nations. The charge, when applicable, is $11.50 for the service. Since PAYPAL does not accept the Customs Form as proof-of-shipment, tracking is one way to indemnify the shipper from claims of non-receipt by the intended recipient. In the vast majority of cases, we do not provide tracking and we do not charge for it. We check the FEEDBACK-LEFT-FOR-OTHERS category and if we're satisfied with what we see, we don't provide tracking.

Customs fees, taxes & tariffs are NOT included in the cost. ALL such fees are the SOLE responsibility of the buyer- no exceptions.
