2 orig David Bowie albums THE RISE & FALL OF ZIGGY STARDUST & IMAGES 1966-1967

Here are two vintage records from my collection offered up for sale: Two original David Bowie album releases, these are both first pressings, vinyl has been well cared for, have been play tested! This pair includes his acclaimed 1972 album Ziggy Stardust (w/ lyric inner), plus his assortment of songs from 1966 - 1967, music that led up to Stardust, the album "Images" compiled by London and released in 1973, cool!

FIRST: "The Rise And Fall Of Ziggy Stardust And The Spiders From Mars", released in 1972, by RCA Records LSP-4702 Stereo, feature super cool songs Starman, Suffragette City and Ziggy Stardust, cool.  This record rates strong VG+, is super glossy and clean, only a few very light marks, nothing heavy, has been well cared for! Has been PLAY TESTED, plays very good from start to finish, clear sound and only a bit of light surface noise (unobtrusive) in some quiet spots and between some tracks, no skips or jumps and a very enjoyable listen!! The cover rates VG, is clean, great front portrait of Ziggy with minimal ring wear, edges have light wear and are solid - one split at bottom center has been neatly glued, no tape, binder edge has light wear but is readable, no signatures or writing, has light scrape to slick on back that has been neatly re-touched. Original lyric printed inner sleeve is clean, had center splits neatly taped. (see all photos)

PLUS:  The 1973 double LP album "Images 1966-1967", vinyl also well cared for! Released in 1973 by London BP 628 Stereo, this is an original first pressing with the textured gatefold cover and blue and silver labels. These records rates VG+, are glossy and clean, has a couple sleeve marks and a couple small light marks, nothing heavy! Have been PLAY TESTED, and both play great from start to finish with excellent sound quality, clear sound, minimal surface noise and a very enjoyable listen!! The gatefold cover rates VG, artwork has bright colors with no ring wear, edges/corners have wear characteristic of this textured paper, several splits have been neatly glued, no tape, binder edge intact and readable, has several very light stains, no signatures or writing. Has two matching 70's style "In-A-Sleeve Shop" printed inner sleeves that say "Will your favorite record blow your mind or just mess it up?", cool and appropriate for this pair of albums! Sleeves had center splits neatly taped. (see all pictures)
