Wipe Out / I Am The One

JC 82017 RARE '67? first press. From Albany NY region. A side is a totally inept version of the surf classic "Wipe Out". The drummer keeps the timing going, but bass and guitar lose it here and there. But towards the end the band goes into free form moment with fuzzed archaic guitar lead and short drum solo. Then the band finds the original riff and finishes the song off. If you dig "real people" homemade inept attempts at greatness.. THIS IS A HOOT!!!
The B side is a strange low octave male vocal ballad. Reminds me of Bill Medley of the Righteous Brothers. A total 180 from the A side

Sleeve Grade: Comes in plain white sleeve. No splits.
 
Vinyl Grade: VG Some visible play wear. Both labels show minimal wear. Vinyl has numerous light hairline scratches and surface marks. But plays fine with minimal surface noise.
