WELCOME! I Work in a record store in Austin, Texas and I am going to be selling off some of my collection, I am starting off small, but I do have all positive feedback for records and other items, including some pricey heavy hitters and no complaints thus far thankfully. This week I'm offering a lot of RARE and OBSCURE records from all sorts of genres, mostly private press stuff, like boogie funk psych soul folk xian weird etc..

For auction is: 2 x 7" by David Nevin. 1st is A-1000 "What ya wanna do" / "You're for me" ... 2nd is P-1001 "The Maze" / "Keep our love alive" .   Both original 45s from 1985 on Pardner.

Excellent and under rated tracks by David Nevin from 1985.  Samples speaks for themselves!

   Vinyl:
What Ya Wanna Do = VG+ ( Nice copy, still glossy, has a few very small scratches that you can't feel and a mild paper scuff.  Very light though, sounds EX! I'd give the 'what ya wanna do' side VG++ visually, but the flip side is a VG+ so I went with vg+ overall, but sounds fantastic. ) 
The Maze 45 = VG+ (Very similar condition to the above 45, there are a couple very light paper scuff marks and a very feint scratch that you can't feel, sounds vg++ but with the few visual marks I give it a vg+).  ^Listen to Sound Clip

Jacket/Label: VG+  (The labels for both are very nice with minimal shelf wear except for a sticker on each side of both 45s, you can see it in the pictures.  They are from an aerobics studio and have a small sticker with writing on the sticker, I think they could be removed but I will leave that up to you.)

I try to Grade conservatively because everyone has different standards.
I use Gold Mine standard grading in ascending order of quality G, G+, VG-, VG, VG+, VG++, EX(+/-), NM (I almost never give a used record this), and SS (or sealed unplayed).
