Description

For sale is a 1945 Armed Forces 16” Radio Transcription Discs Shipping Box that contains three Mail Call discs:


1. Mail Call # 168- Johnny Mercer, Connie Haines & Sterling Holloway.

(Noisy but gets a little better as it plays; fun to listen to.)


2. Mail Call # 170- Dinah Shore, Andy Russell & Harry von Zell. (Very good sound)


3. Mail Call # 172- Frances Langford (Very good)


The case, made of a heavy board, is worn with intact leather and canvas straps. A rather nice WW II souvenir.


I have added new 16” sleeves as the original plain brown sleeves were in extremely poor condition.
