Description
Let me say right off the bat that these ARE NOT the notorious 1960's racist records on a label by the same name with similar looking labels. This Rebel Records was a bluegrass label started by Washington DC native Dick Freeland and associates in 1960.
So....that out of the way what we have here is 3 LPs from what was originally a 4 LP set. From what I understand these never had proper covers in the first place. These are excellent bluegrass compilations by various artists. Please see labels for track listings.
We have Rebel Records #'s R-1473, R-1475 & R-1476. These are the less common first pressings[?] with the light blue labels with flags. I don't think this set was issued with the earlier banjo labels[?].
All 3 LPs are visually graded VG+>EX. All have been professionally cleaned and play graded with SL1200MKII/AT70 cart combo with amp Mono switch ON. All play grade EX.
I will include three generic covers as shown in the photographs.
We combine shipping on multiple purchases.
