Description

Here's a lot of three Children's Pix Talking Picture Records which are dated 1941 on front of records. There's Jack And Jill,Hey Diddle Diddle and Mary Had A Little Lamb. These measure slightly less than 10 inches each at 9 and 7/8th inches and play at 78 speed.I was gonna play test them but the spindle holes on these records are slightly smaller than my modern record players spindle. So the center spindle record holes are tight on my new players spindle. All three do spin freely on my turntable from the 1970s but it is not working at this time. Also I'm not sure why these records have 2 holes near center which are about 3/4th of an inch from each other. But all the other Pix Picture Records I've seen pictures of all have two holes.I'm not sure of the play quality but I'll do my best to describe each one.The first record is Jack And Jill. This record has four light scratches and five scratches deep enough to be felt with fingernail.Has seven scratches near middle of record on area where there is no grooves.Grooves may need to be cleaned. The back of record is nice with one very small pink ink line only.Second record is titled Hey Diddle Diddle. This one looks pretty nice with 2 light scratches and one feelable scratch. Some scuffing on grooves. Some small light scratches near center not on grooves. Also one long deep scratch also near middle area of record which is not on grooves at all.Back cover nice with a very small partial A drawn in pink. Please see picture to see how small this is.The third record is titled Mary Had A Little Lamb. This record has two light scratches and two scratches that can be lightly felt. Also some scuffing. This record looks to have a pretty noticeable crease from edge to edge that travels through middle area of record.Looks to be more creased near center as crease that goes across both grooves don't appear if it would affect play but I cannot be 100 % sure since I cannot play test.Only creased on front of record as cardboard on back is not creased at all.The back of record has one small 7 drawn in pink ink.Otherwise nice.I'm not sure of the play quality of these but as with all records I sell if buyer is not 100% satisfied I have a return for refund.
