Description

Pumpkinhead's Stringed Things presents for auction a 3 string Russian Balalaika. This instrument has been in my family since the old Soviet Union Days. There is one long crack along the top to the left of the sound hole, but it does not effect the sound. Because of the crack we are pricing it accordingly .There are some nicks on the top and head as well, as a hole in the back above the tuning heads, but it plays fine (See photos). We have fitted it with genuine, new Ukranian made strings. This is the real thing-old but real-made during the cold war. This is a genuine piece of history.
