This is a collection of at least 3500 dance 12" singles that I purchased from 3 clubs in the local area. I deal, generally, in Rock, and I have no idea about this lot. Many of the artists I haven't heard of. There are a lot of promotional records / DJ copies etc, and a number of white labels. There does also seem to be a number of labels that recur regularly throught the collection such as Klone, Logic, MCA Media,, Epic Street Dance Division, Top Banana, Deconstruction, ZYX, Serious, Universal Vibe, Club Tools...and many more. Most of the records date from about 1995 through to 2002, however there are also quite a few from the late eighties onwards to 1995. There are many produced by some the names you see on the current dance compilation CD's also.
A huge majority of the records are in excellent condition or better, many are unplayed. At the other end of the spectrum there are a few that have obviously been played, and are looking a bit worse for wear - this is a very small proportion of them though.
SHIPPING RATES
Due to the weight and bulk of these they will have to be collected. There are 20+ boxes that are 18" deep x 13" wide full of these (see the photo below - note the cool Ebay tape around the box!!) - each holding approx 170 items.
I am in Lincoln - which for those of you who don't know..is towards the east coast - approx 35 miles north of Nottingham, and 50 miles east of Sheffield. I would need payment up front - naturally - either through PayPal, or more preferably a cheque (which will need to clear prior to collection), or cash on collection. I recommend a strong trailer or van as there are very heavy. If you wish to arrange for a courier to pick them up..fine.
There is a low reasonable reserve on these - just to cover myself.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
I accept PAYPAL IN UK£'S. If you win more than 1 auction could you please send it through as one payment (quoting all auction numbers) instead of sending multiple payments. PAYPAL charge me for each individual transaction. I accept Cheques in UK£'s drawn against a UK bank, UK Postal Orders or International Money Orders in UK£'s (to the address above).
For everyone else it has to be cash - preferably in a registered envelope (to the address above). I accept UK£'s, US$'s, or €'s. I exchange at a rate of :-
UK£1-00 = US$2-00.
UK£1-00 = €1-50.
I do not accept Western Union Money Orders - or in fact any Money Orders that aren't in UK£'s...or any personal cheques in US$'s / €'s.
