Nellie Melba:  Songs My Mother Taught Me (Dvorak)

This recording was first issued in 1973, the 100th anniversary of Caruso's birth.  It contains an unpublished personal recording of Caruso singing the tenor part only of the Rigoletto Quartet.  He made it about 1917, possibly for rehersal purposes or just as a lark.  The reverse is also an unpublished recording by Nellie Melba, made about 1916.  A well written 8 page booklet is included which describes both recordings.  The record is in top condition, so I'll grade it a 10 on a scale of 10.
