Welcome to my auction. I am offering on behalf of a relative an Elvis Presley collection. I really don't know anything about Elvis collectibles. I will describe each item to the best of my ability. This auction is for a lot of four Elvis Presley RIAA certified platinum record. You will receive limited series no. 3, 12, 14, & 15 of 90. You will receive the following framed records:

Jailhouse Rock - released 1958
It's Now Or Never - released 1960
Crying In The Chapel - released 1965
Kentucky Rain - released 1970

They all come to you in very good condition. They would make a great addition to your Elvis collection.

We wish we could accept alternative payment methods, however, Ebay ties our hands & only allows payment through PayPal. Payment within 7 days of end of auction is appreciated.

We ship to the USA only via USPS. We can only ship to the address on your PayPal account. Our goal is to ship within 5 business days of receiving cleared payment. If you need an item in a rush please let us know prior to bidding so that we can let you know if we can meet your expectations. We are glad to combine items if we can to save you on shipping. We know that buyers are having to pay higher and higher shipping charges due to frequent rate increases by the USPS. Our shipping charge includes a nominal handling fee which had only been raised once in the past 10 years. Unfortunatley we have had to raise it again due to increased fees charged to sellers by EBay effective 04-19-11. Previously Ebay charged sellers on the auction ending price only. They now charge us on that & the value of shipping & handling charges. We have no control over the high USPS charges. This nominal charge helps keep the starting price of our auctions low.

GOLD & SILVER: When using the term gold or silver we are referring to the color only. Genuine gold or silver will be indicated as such. ITEM CONDITION: We will always describe items to the best of our ability, knowledge of the item or what we were told at time of purchase. Items are usually vintage or pre-owned unless otherwise specified. Vintage items are rarely in perfect condition. We will point any flaws that we can see or are aware of. We have a smoke free home. We are owned by two cats and cannot guarantee that a stray hair or two will not make it to your home. REFUNDS: All items are sold as is. Refunds are at the sole discretion of the seller. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. We do not refund for buyers regret. FEEDBACK: Feedback is important to us and we welcome your honest opinion. Threatening us with negative feedback to change our terms of sale to fit your wishes will not work. It is unfortunate that we have to haves so many terms and conditions. Most EBayers are honest; however, a few bad apples have made it necessary to cover every scenario. When we started our downsizing years ago our terms of sale was one short sentence. ABOUT US: My husband worked for many years in a 55 and over community. He brought home boxes and boxes of "stuff" that was either discarded or given to him. I have also been an avid collector for many years. My hobby is searching for "treasures". We have been accused of being "pack rats". We are nearing retirement and now have the daunting task of emptying our garage that has boxes from floor to ceiling. We also sell items for friends and family.
