In my continuing quest to bring you fine vinyl, I'm happy to offer the record(s) listed above.  (and of course, as usual, please check out my other listings to find things that you may need).
INCREDIBLY hard to find record. I had to do a fair bit of sleuthing on this, even went halfway across the world to find additional data on it. Scarce, scarce, scarce! Eerie-esque volatile garage here.
Side A: "Eyes" has S-4236-E at the 6 o'clock position of the label. Label does look a tad faded, esp in the top half. wol, sol, drillhole. Standard lower side VG, I'm sorry to say. Almost VG-. Many scuffs, scratches, dullness to the grooves.  Might benefit from a careful cleaning, and I'm willing to bet that the sol could easily be removed. 
Probably best as a filler copy, to be honest. Please bid/buy with this in mind.
Deadwax - S-4236-E-1 (etched) R(or B) (stamped) Virtue (etched) c1 (etched) --- Side B: "I'm Free" has S-4236-I at the 6 o'clock position of the label. Label fading is now approx 60%, primarily on port side. Drillhole. Ditto grade, scuffs, scratches and dullness per side A. There are several cross-groove marks that run parallel to each other, but they cannot be felt.
Probably best as a filler copy, to be honest. Please bid/buy with this in mind.

Ephemera/various: Super slight dish warp. 2021 pricing for this is about $750 USD for Mint, $500 USD for VG+ and $350 USD for VG. I'm going to drop it even further, because that's  how I roll. 
As with all records, a careful dusting/cleaning may be required for optimum playback.

NOTE: Due to the pandemic, there are mail delays all over the US. Please allow for some  extra time for shipments to arrive...for example: I have seen intra-US shipments sit in a  Post Office for roughly 2 weeks. Priority Mail packages have taken as long as  7 days, add a few more days for First Class, and even more time for Media Mail. 
Please be patient. I will always go to bat for my customers, and I will take care  of the needs of the customer and transaction, but I cannot make USPS work faster. 
It is preferable that payment be made ASAP, however, due to various circumstances,  I'm allowing up to three days for payment to be made. Anything after that, and an unpaid item case automatically opens. If you don't plan on paying, then don't bid.
Shipping: 
I'm happy to combine shipping for orders! 
No matter how many 45's you purchase (in the lower 48 of the US), the shipping cost will never go over the current Media Mail rate (currently $3.11). 
I ship all of my (soon to be your ) items as such:
1. Paper sleeve (will match company of the record if available), poly outer sleeve.  2. Cardboard stiffeners for added package strength (in case of shipping delays for supplies, I will use 2 records for intra-US shipments).  3. A stiffener is placed under the record, then the next one is turned at 90° with the record in between. 4. Specialized mailing boxes are exclusively used for mailing 45rpm records (or LP's).
If you are getting more than one record from me, please wait until I send you an invoice.
