Description
In my continuing quest to bring you fine vinyl, I'm happy to offer the record(s) listed above. (and of course, as usual, please check out my other listings to find things that you may need).
All label faults, if any, are shown in pictures. Pictures are to be part of the description for this item.
Extremely rare pressing here! According to research, this is Spizer 33L. Additionally, the 'target dome' pressings were only in production March/April (1969) to July (1969). If memory serves, that is the shortest pressing run in all of Capitol's catalog. Probably the 2nd rarest 'target' reissue in The Beatles' catalog.
Wide print variant. Double dome logo (some of these releases had the "C" log emblazoned on one side of the label. Black subsidiary print (standard on this release). * is stamped in runout wax on both sides.
Side A: Med VG+. There are quite a few hairlines and a few smudges. The two largest smudges are in the deadwax. Disc could use a mild cleaning and dusting. Light circular abrasion on label. No wol/stol/sol!
Side AA: Lower VG+. A few more hairlines, and a "v"-shaped scratch near intro wax. Label is free and clear of any marks. Will need a more serious cleaning than side A.
Ephemera/various: The issues listed above appear to've been caused by improper handling and storage. Grooves are shiny and tight. Not the prettiest copy on the surface. This has NOT been audio-tested. I will also include a era-appropriate Capitol target outer sleeve.
As with all records, a careful dusting/cleaning may be required for optimum playback.
FIVE DAY ONLY SALE.
Grading:
MINT (M) I never use this grade. EVER.
NEAR MINT (NM OR M-) Nearly perfect. NM records are shiny, with no visible defects. No writing, stickers or other markings on the label, including spindle marks. Covers are free of creases, ring wear or seam splits of any kind.
EXCELLENT (EX)
A good description of a EX record is this: Except for a couple minor things, this would be NM. Consider EX records to be a bridge between the upper end of VG+ records, and the lower end of NM.
VERY GOOD PLUS (VG+) - usually command up to ~50% of the NM value
VG+ records may show some slight signs of wear, including light marks. The listening experience should not be affected. Slight warps that do not affect the sound are OK. Minor signs of handling are OK, too.
VG+ covers should have only minor wear. A VG+ cover might have some very minor seam wear or a split (less than one inch long) at the bottom, the most vulnerable location. Also, a VG+ cover may have some defacing, such as a cut-out marking.
VERY GOOD (VG) - usually command up to ~25% of the NM value
VG records have more obvious flaws than their counterparts in better shape. They lack most of the original gloss found on factory-fresh records. Groove wear is evident along with light scratches deep enough to feel with a fingernail.
Surface noise and some scratches may be audible, especially in soft passages and during a song?s intro and ending. But the noise will not overpower the music otherwise. Minor writing, tape or a sticker can detract from the label. VG covers will have ring wear in the middle and on outer perimeter. Labels may be dirty or stained or are showing paint nicks, bubbling or crackling paper.
GOOD (G), GOOD PLUS (G+), VERY GOOD MINUS (VG-) - usually command up to 10-15% of NM value
These three grades have a small difference between them. Judgement call time, really. Usually only listed for items of rarity (but not always). Surface noise, scratches, hairlines and lots of groovewear are par for the course on these. Seam splits on covers, tape, stickers will be evident on the cover. MOST IMPORTANT...record will NOT skip! ___________________________________________________________
Please see and examine pictures, as they are part of the listing. If you would like additional pics, please just let me know!
NOTE: Due to the endemic, there are mail delays all over the world. Please allow for some extra time for shipments to arrive.
It is preferable that payment be made ASAP, however, due to various circumstances, I'm allowing up to three days for payment to be made. Anything after that, and an unpaid item case automatically opens. If you don't plan on paying, then don't bid.
Shipping:
I'm happy to combine shipping for orders!
Any/all 45's you purchase (in the lower 48 of the US), will be sent USPS First-Class*. Cost is $4.00 USD. *(I reserve the right to change this, but I will not charge more).
For my overseas customers, I will use USPS First-Class International postage. Approximate rates are listed below for 7x7x1 package weighing no more than 8 US ounces: (note - there's a huge jump in postage costs at any weight over 8 US ounces)
Canada ------ 1-3 45's - $14.85 USD
UK ----------- 1-3 45's - $17.85 USD
EU ----------- 1-3 45's - $17.40 USD
JP ------------ 1-3 45's - $17.90 USD
OZ ----------- 1-3 45's - $19.20 USD
(due to the atrocious costs in postage, in certain cases, I will be willing to work out an arrangement with you). --- Basically, the more 45's you get, the more wiggle room you have.

Refunds / Returns
Refund? Money is fully refunded including postage for up to 30 days from mail received date. --- Return? The same process as above, but includes the buyer mailing the item(s) back to me. --- I WILL happily process refunds if the item arrives damaged, or is significantly different than advertised. If the item is damaged, it is only fair to request photographic proof. --- I am unable to process refunds due to buyer's remorse, I'm sorry to say. --- In some cases, I will ask to have the record(s) sent back to me for visual confirmation for a return. However, usually I do not need that, and I don't want to put my customers through the hassle of mailing the record(s) back to me. --- Either way, you're covered, and that 30-day period applies to refunds AND returns.
PayPal welcomed, as are credit/debit cards. No cash/checks/MO/IMO, please.
