All shipments overseas will be sent AIRMAIL. Surface shipping just takes way too long.

Item ships from Canada. Canadian postal rates are much higher than those in the USA. See for yourself: www.canadapost.ca

Please allow at least 2-3 weeks for domestic delivery, and at least 4-6 weeks for Europe, etc. Usually, it's much faster than that.

Items are always shipped within 24 hours of receiving payment.

Paypal or other method. Email us if you don't want to use Paypal.

Incidentally, unlike most other eBay sellers, we won't hold your (+) feedback for ransom. When you pay, we'll leave you (+) feedback. The way we see it, you've fulfilled your part of the agreement & deserve the reward of timely (+) feedback. Within the feedback we leave you, we'll indicate the shipping date of your item. When you receive your item & you are satisfied with it, please leave (+) feedback for us. If for some reason you are NOT satisfied, email us & we'll make things right.  Check our performance, you'll see that we do what we say we will do.

As you are certainly aware, DesertIslandRecords is located in Canada and uses postal services exclusively for all shipments.
You probably also know, that currently, Canada Post employees have been locked out by the Corporation and can't get in to work, bringing Canada's mail service to a halt.
Obviously, this situation is frustrating for buyers & sellers alike and is out of our control.

The federal government of Canada is preparing legislation to end this conflict and we suspect normal mail service will resume as early as Thursday or Friday (June 23/24) or possibly sooner if we're lucky.
