Description

4th Street Exit Strange One b/w A Love Like This   ROWENA label VG condition visually.  Plays VG++  . Very decent shine & gloss evident,light paper scuffs, NO SCRATCHES,  there is a tiny, almost imperceptible, light edge crack, perhaps 1/8".  This DOES NOT AFFECT PLAY, AS A LISTEN TO THE ACCOMPANYING SOUND CLIP WILL REVEAL. IT IS TOTALLY NON-SOUNDING. And is practically  invisible on the "Strange One" side, which is of course what this disc is all about. But it is there. A great & extremely rare garage 45, with killer guitar breaks, in very, very acceptable play condition. How acceptable?  Good enough to be the copy used for the transfer that appeared on it's  original compilation appearance. on 1997's DIGGING FOR GOLD #7.    Yes, this is the original copy that was recorded and released  on DFG7  .  Which wasn't issued until the late nineties.  Which ought to reveal a good bit about just how scarce this disc is! This copy was recorded for the LP; I purchased this from one of the compilers.  This  remains one of  very few known copies.  

A LISTEN TO THE ACCOMPANYING SOUND FILE WILL REVEAL THE DISCS EXCEPTIONAL PLAYING QUALITY.  LOUD , BLAZING & CLEAN. NO SKIPS, INTRUSIVE SURFACE NOISE OR CRACKLES, NOTHING LIKE THAT .  THIS DISC HAS SURVIVED 43+ YEARS, SOUNDING JUST A GOOD TODAY AS ON THE DAY IT WAS RELEASED.

 
Scuffs and paper marks are evident.  The disc does show wear, though does not really reveal this during playback.  The discs plays very cleanly,with NO POPS, NO SKIPS,  NO CRACKLES that intrude on the listening experience.  This is a rare opportunity to own a very nicely playing copy of this excellent,& extremely rare , garage killer.   Guaranteed to be exactly as described.  Any questions please ask.
