Description

Here’s a nice lot with five albums (including two 2-record sets and 3 gatefold sleeves) featuring classic Bob Dylan albums packaged here along with classics by The Band, including the great record these two giants of music made together, “The Basement Tapes.”  All the records are in excellent condition.  Here’s what you get:

 

  • Basement Tapes (1975, recorded some years earlier)—Tremendous collaboration between The Band and Dylan, double record with gatefold sleeve featuring tremendous Greil Marcus liner notes and a painting of Band/Dylan
  • Music From Big Pink (1968)—The Band’s first record, with gatefold sleeve and notes
  • The Band (1969)—The Band’s classic second record
  • Best Of Bob Dyland Vol. 2 (1971)—Double record with photo gatefold sleeve, cover has split at top and there’s an outline of record around parts of back cover but otherwise it’s in excellent condition
  • Infidels (1983)—With Mark Knopfler of Dire Straits on guitar, comes with color photo inner sleeve
