Description
A possibly/nearly complete set of five EPs - the first microgroove issue - of Wardell Gray's "Just Jazz" concerts on Modern Records 102, 104, 105, 107, and 108. It can't be determined if the two missing tracks from these l947 Gene Norman concerts - "Bebop" and "C Jam Blues" ever appeared on this EP series. All records are in near-new condition (except for 107, which shows surface wear at the rim, but plays as new), with a high luster; perhaps played once or twice. The covers, as well, are in superb condition - bright and clean throughout - with the following exceptions: #107 - 1" split on the bottom seam, at the opening and 1/2" split on the top seam, at the opening; #108 - 1" split in the center of the botom seam.
