Description

Five jazz LPs from the 1950s/60s, all original issues unless stated.
1) Horace Silver Quintet, ‘6 Pieces of Silver’, 1957 US issue on Blue Note, mono, BLP 1539. Sleeve and vinyl are vg. Vinyl has hairlines and couple surface marks, nothing awful, plays well with the odd light tick. Sleeve looks not bad but the top and bottom seams have neat splits from open edge to the middle.
2) The Jimmy Giuffre 3, 1950s issue on Atlantic 1254. Sleeve is vg, vinyl at the very top end of vg+.
3) ‘An Evening With Anita O’Day’, original UK issue, 1957, 33CX 10068. Sleeve is poor with surface tear to front (see pictures), vinyl is vg+.
4) Duke Ellington Presents…, UK issue on London LTZ-N15078. Sleeve is vg, vinyl is vg+.
5) Thelonious Monk Quartet ‘Monk’s Dream’ French reissue, CBS 85682. Sleeve and vinyl are vg+.
