Description
Pure brutality. Pure Hardcore terror. The name of the band is 5150 and you are bidding on the original first US pressing, issued on private mini label ‘Intoxicated Force’ records in 1987 (catalogue number IF 02). Only 500 records of the ‘Li’l Miss’ EP pressed on red vinyl exist. Mixing the insane speed of maniacs like DYS and other Xclaim bands, 5150 left most others looking like they were playing in slow motion. This 3-tracker includes the torpedo fighters ‘Succubus’ / ‘Ambitious Demons’ and ‘Blooline’. It was given 7 of 10 points by the FLEX book/website (US Hardcore/Punk Discography)....and below is as additional the comment of the wonderful FLEX:
- Most on red vinyl, very few (10?) on dark red. 500 made.
- A little less noisy and more melodic than the first EP (not a lot, though), still this is fast and brutal hardcore. Some Misfits influence in music and lyrics. [7]
