Description

This is an original officially authorized 1958 stock copy pressing of MILES DAVIS, "Miles Davis, Volume 1" LP, 1958, Blue Note Records, BLP-1501 [M], ("Deep Groove" version, W. 63rd St. address on label).  The vinyl appears to be in good order. Thick 180 gram vinyl indicative  of Blue Note vinyl of this era.  "Ear mark" in dead wax.  "Deep grooves" on both sides. There appears to be some scratches and or superficial paper scuffs on each side. Some surface noise but overall audio quality is solid. No skips. Slight handwritten mark on side 2 label. After thorough cleaning nice shiny gloss to each side's surfaces. I would rate the overall vinyl condition VG. The cover appears to be in decent order. Spine has some fraying and there is an approximately a 5" inch split seam on the top and bottom portion towards the lip of the cover. Some dirt marks on the the front and back cover. I would rate the overall cover condition G.
