GRADING. Grading is visual only unless otherwise stated. I go by Goldmine standards and try to be conservative. I will play grade on certain items only - it is just impossible for me to play grade everything I put on EBay. I never use Mint, very rarely do I use NM. Mostly NM- and below. NM- is NOT NM! Its a grade above VG+ and below Near Mint - it does not imply perfect. In my terminolgy Scratches are feeler type and Scuffs are just cosmetic and inaudible.

DISCLAIMER. Due to a number of frivolous returms which were unwarranted there will no longer be a free return policy. I will charge a 20.00 return fee for all returns - this amount will be sent with the returned item. If item is truly defective the 20.00 will be returned along with a refund. If it was returned for frivolous reasons item will be returned and I will keep the 20.00 retainer. Bidder pays for return shipping fees.

INSURANCE. Insurance is optional unless indicated otherwise. Rates for US are as follows: under 50 is 1.65. 50-100 is 2.05. 100-300 is 4.60. Each 100 increment –s .90. If you want Insurance you must add the difference to the final total and indicate that you want it. I cannot gurantee damage or loss by USPS.

Some are questioning the authenticity of this record. It's an Original.
I am reading from Perry Cox's Beatle book - I read:
"Known counterfeit cover has no spine printing as does the original. And cover has black background. Original is dark blue or purple."
This jacket has printing on spine and background is dark blue with some speckling. And it is NOT glossy!

It's an original. Unless someone else disagrees with Perry Cox, that is the way it will stand.
