CONDITION
VINYL :- most acceptable / plenty of light scuffs both sides though no associated spindle marks so I’m guessing it has been stored outside its cover for many a year / tracks along great / no pops or skips and no noticeable background noise to speak of / sound-wise it gives me the impression it hasn’t been overly played which is a real bonus / rated a VG on looks but plays along better than that for sure.LABELS :- clean / no spindle marks
SLEEVE :- Leedon plastic cover in superb condition
DESCRIPTION
A most impressive 1963 original pressing Australian only debut single from The Bee Gees.Being the first vinyl recording from the Gibb brothers, with both tracks penned by Barry, this little gem is very high on the collectable list of their material and these days is considered a quite rare and very much sought after 45.
Upon release it just sneaked into the Top 100 which sums up why this hardly ever surfaces ….a bit hard to fathom really as both songs here were more than half reasonable for the day.
Released on the collectable Leedon label this is a terrific find in any sort of playable condition for collectors …fortunately this one spins along just fine.
