Description
If you like Zon-o-phone records, here's one for you. Pictured is Universal Zonophone disc P 5184, "My Jersey Lily", by "Orchestra". It is 7", single sided and the back has no terms, conditions or patents label. The back is blank. It plays with hiss, some pops etc., but better than I expected from a record of this age. It's a pretty good, strong recording. Thanks for taking a look!
Please note: this record will be shipped insured. Anything over basic insurance, I will pay. That's the reason for the high-ish shipping cost. Sorry about this requirement. I have ratcheted down my starting bid prices to help cover this increased cost. Thanks for understanding.
I'm primarily a cylinder record collector. However, over the last 45 years I've latched onto lots of discs. Either they had musical interest, they were odd or had somewhat rare labels, or were just plain cheap. As I get older I realize that it is time to shed some of the weight. None of my kids has the slightest interest in these old recordings so I figured its up to me to get rid of them. They will be offered here on and off until the supply is exhausted. Now and in the future they will be listed in no particular order other than the order they emerged from storage in. If you don't see something you like, check back every so often.
