Description
This is a vintage 1973 Capitol release of the Grand Funk LP entitled " We're An American Band " (SMAS-11207). This is the version with the "GOLD" (translucent yellow) vinyl (No stickers included). This critically acclaimed classic rock / hard rock LP reached # 2 on Billboard Top 200 and the title track single reached # 1 on The Billboard Top 100.
CONDITION of VINYL: Vinyl is very clean and provides an exceptional playback based on full test play. We rate the vinly as Excellent Plus (EX+) to Near Mint (NM) under Goldmine guidelines. It comes with the original all black inner sleeve.
CONDITION of JACKET: The outer jacket (sleeve) is of gatefold design and feature a gold metallic-like finish. There is noted some light ring wear on front and back covers and minor softening at the corners and a little wear on the spine finish (No seam splits). The inner gatefold is in nice shape with the tracks on credits on left and band color photo on the right. We rate this jacket's original condition as Very Good Plus (VG+) under Goldmine standards.
The vinyl within the inner sleeve will be separated from jacket during shipment to help guard against seam damage to the outer jacket.
