CONDITION: VG/VG+ (WELL USED COPY)

Some superficial rubs and scuffs and few slight greying, light scratches, but has again partial shiny, have a rough start with some depression grooves, the surface noise is evident, as normal for this old records
but not compromise  the listening, there are some tics (not many)
no cracks, no pops, no skips, no stop/repeating on my 78 RPM turntable .

I HAVE TESTED WITH A LENCO L75 / S and a AUDIO-TECHNICA 3/SP CARTRIDGE
AND PLAYING IS AGAIN DISCRETE FOR A SO OLD RECORD

Label is EXCELLENT, VERY CLEAN NO STAMPS, NO SCRATCHES, FEW WEAR

BACK SIDE on ANGEL EMBOSSED IS VERY SCUFFED

Elena Theodorini

Romanian mezzo-soprano, born in Craiova, 25 March 1857: died in Bucharest, 26 February 1926.

She had a brilliant career, particularly at the most important Italian theatres.
Of her students one can remember Jole Lancelotti, Ofelia Villafane, Ada Giribone, Luisa V.de Kühn, Inocencia de Arce, Dellia Marteneli, Maruja Orbistondo, Emilia Martin, Leticia Rossi, Delia de la Cuesta, Teresina Vitulli, Clotilda Massey de Ortiz, Carolina de Ortega, Angelica Molina Grisol, and Alcira Renée Casaglia.

 

Records: In 1903 Elena Theodorini made five titles for G & T in Milan. All are great rarity, this iI have in auction is maybe the much rare, and it is never appear for sell.
