Very scarce and sought after title by Buell Kazee on American Brunswick 217. This is a nice copy that is neither a scratched up piece of crap nor a shiny like new copy. Has no serious issues. No deep scratches - actually it has virtually no scratches at all. On "You Are False" there is a 1" stressed area that plays thru fine. No chips, cracks or warp. Does have some minor dull spotting on both sides. The worst issue is a long, light narrow scuff that does not affect play. I have no problem with still calling this more of a VG+ record. This record suffered mostly from storage without a sleeve. Labels are very good with only some light spindle marks mostly seen in the light (see pictures). Light graying in grooves. Plays well with moderate noise. I will include a period Brunswick sleeve for this one. Buell was an American original whose music is among the greats in the Anthology of American Folk Music. Insurance will be added on this one. Examine the photos and ask questions before buying. MODERATE RESERVE ON THIS ONE. DO NOT PAY UNTIL I SEND INVOICE!
I SHIP PROFESSIONALLY IN A NEW SLEEVE AND PRESSED BETWEEN 6 PCS OF CARDBOARD, BUBBLE WRAPPED AND PLACED IN A NEW BOX WITH PEANUTS. NEVER HAD A RECORD BROKEN, AND I HAVE SHIPPED ALL OVER THE WORLD. I HAVE GREAT FEEDBACK ON BOTH PACKING AND DESCRIPTIONS. BUY WITH CONFIDENCE.
E Plays like new, with very, very few signs of handling, such as tiny scuffs from being slipped in and out of jackets.
E- Very shiny, near new looking, with no visible signs of wear but a few minor marks
VG+ V+ is an average condition 78 in which scuffs and general use has dulled the finish somewhat. Wear is moderate but playing is generally free from distortion. Surface noise not overly pronounced.
VG Scratches and scuffs heavier and more pronounced with even wear throughout, but still very playable. Surface noise and scratches more audible but not intrusive.
VG- Quite playable still, but wear and graying heavier. Surface noise and scratches more audible.
G (78). Quite seriously worn and scratched, but music level close to even with noise.
Poor - self explanatory
Thanks and God bless!
