RELISTED: Condition lowered to V+. Closes same time.
Rare early race Vocalion by Ada Brown recorded March 10, 1926 backed up by and recorded the same day as Russell's Hot Six. Kid Ory sat out this session, so more accurately Russell's Hot Five. This copy doesn't have much groove wear, but has many small scratches that add background ticks. "Tia Juana Man" has 2 deeper scratches extending in from label that sound the last 1/4" of grooves plus a 1/2" lateral needle run at beginning that tics. In the interest of being on the conservative side of the grade, I have revised this 78 from E- to V+ as under a different light there is more light rub type wear than I noticed earlier.
