Description

This lot offers 21 uncommon record labels, not necessarily for their musical excellence. There's a wide range of content ranging from 1901- "On a good old trolley ride" to the late 40's "Bee Boogie Boo". There is also Sacred, Patriotic, Minstrel, a few Solos, and of course abundant fox trots.


With only a few exceptions the records appear to be in good condition- both the Busy Bee and United Record discs show lots of wear. Also, the Bell Record has what looks like a significant scratch but its inaudible. Others have lite scuffs or scratches. These are sold as is with no returns.


As pictured, the Paramount record has a sleeve. The pictures show that it has rough edges and torn spots along with slight water damage at the bottom. The paper is also somewhat brittle.


Also included, so you can research these labels further, is a copy of "The Almost Complete 78 RPM Record Dating Guide (II) by Steven C Barr from 1992. No pretty pictures in this one but packed with great information.


Shipping will be via Media Mail at buyers expense. No charge for packing or materials. Shipping boxes are recycled but sturdy egg boxes.
