Cover  =  VG+  (7½ cm seam split at bottom - writing on back)

78 RPM Record  =  VG+  

I've tested it on two differnt gramophones and it plays fine with clear sound.

 

Cover and Record made in Denmark. 
Commercial release from Hellerup Is, a Danish ice cream factory founded in 1913. It existed until 1970 where it was taken over by Unilever.
Victor Cornelius (1897-1961) was a popular Danish schlager-singer and pianist
