This record plays very well on our portable record player with no skips and the vocals and music is clear with the exception of the hissing background noise that is usual to these old records. We have found no visible chips, cracks, breaks, warps, melts, gouges, replacements or repairs. The surface has scratches and will need cleaning. There is no sleeve.

We have been collectors of music for 46 years and our collection spans from 1838 to present. We are not experts just collectors, so please view all photos and make your own evaluation. This was found at a local sale.

This Vocalion record will be be Sold "As Is" and all sales are final. Please view all photos and ask a lot of questions before bidding. Shipping will be US Priority Mail with confirmed delivery, insurance and we will double box this record in a 12 x 12 x 8 with the proper packaging. OVERSEAS will be shipped US Priority Mail International Shipping. We use the ebay shipping calculator to determine the fees and have estimated this package to be 1-2 pounds with the proper packaging.

We have been long time collectors and have purchased our items from yard sales,  flea markets, auctions, estate sales, antique malls and stores. Also, we go trash pimping (dumpster diving). Family, friends and strangers have given us stuff to avoid from placing their items out on the trash. The reason that we have included this information within our auctions, is that the items that we are selling may have slight odors, not being offensive, but a young person told us that "Antiques smell like Old People", well we are happy and old and No we don't smell, but some of these old things may have a slight smell with wear, tear and usage. They are not MINT nor PERFECT, which we do not like to use these terms. We are not experts but know how to look things up in a book, internet, etc. Well, we hope that you will understand. We will try to describe our items to the best of our ability. All items will be SOLD "As Is".

So please ask a lot of questions before bidding. We may not always be able to answer your questions immediately but we will try to answer them in a timely manner, due to other activities that we may be involved in.

Shipping will be sent US Priority with confirmed delivery or by regular Parcel Post.  We will use other services, such as, UPS, when needed. Payment to be received within  3 days at the close of auction. This is a Paypal Only auction. We will include insurance on what we consider as to being valuable or at your request and will not be responsible for items that are not insured. OVERSEAS SHIPPING FEES are expensive, please wait for invoice with the correct shipping fees. US CUSTOM FORMS will be filled out properly  with the declared value. Please do not ask us to declare as gifts or any other bogus information. It is your responsiblity to pay for your country's additional fees. If you have a problem with this, then please DO NOT BID.

We used one of our digital cameras that is able to capture audio and while the record was playing we were turning the volume and tone knobs so that you can hear the lows and highs with the background noises. You will hear the best sound off of this record player when you listen to the "Billy Lyon and Stack O'Lee" example. The whole record has this quality and we have not heard any skips or jumps, if this is the proper terminology. We are still learning so please bear with us. If you are having any problems, then please let us know. This is our first time downloading music into our files. Thank you for your interest in our auctions.
