Description
Here's a 78 rpm record, Chess 1626 featuring Chuck Berry. ROLL OVER BEETHOVEN on one side and DRIFTING HEART is on the other.
I do not have the equipment to play or test this recording. I also do not have the expertise to provide a grading on condition. I will say, however, that the grooves look to be in good condition. There are no cracks or scratches. As one can see in the photos, there is a bit of a sticker on each side on the label. I have not tried to remove it. Additionally, there is some writing (in crayon pencil?) in the unused area just outside the label area. I would assume these things would clean up, but I did not attempt this. There is some dust which I will leave to the winning bidder to clean according their preferences.
This record is from a collection that has been in our family since the mid 1980s when my uncle obtained them in a salvage auction. It has been stored in a paper sleeve and kept vertically in a crate. Please let me know if you are looking for something in particular. I've already checked - no Paramounts!
