Up for auction is a single sided Victor Monarch 1st Dog 78 rpm record. The artist is Harry Macdonough and the title of the record is 'He Laid Away a Suit of Gray To Wear the Union Blue'. The record number is 949. The record has a few very light scratches, NO breaks or chips. For the age and the early material for making this record, I would grade this as a strong V+.
