78RPM Decca 48114 Cecil Payne, Baritone Sax, early be-bop Jazz, No Chops E- / Hippy Dippy sharp E to E- This rare circa 1949 record is in an above average, high grade E- / E- to E this fragile shellac post WW2 Decca, has some mildish wear on the Chops side--not alot of wear but visibly a bit more then the Hippy side--which has little wear. The only notable flaw is a small non feelable spot at 11pm on Chops that appears it will not affect play, it looks like it is a stain of some sort, it does not look like it is in or breaking into the shellac surface, besides all this minor stuff I just described--this is high grade with light flaws only--this was probably bought new or close to new back in the 50s and played a few times over the many decades while sitting safely upright on a shelf--no hair cracks on this fragile disc, this has been well taken care of, above average nice shape, see my 5 photos. Only have 1 of this rarity. Graded visually. Spindle holes and labels have slight wear. Will be in the heavy paper sleeve it has been stored in the last 6-7 decades. This comes from a great old Jazz record collection. Please email with any questions. Buy it now for $44.95, FREE shipping via US Media Mail to US addresses. Shipments outside the US will be much more, please inquire for quote. Tariffs/taxes/fees sometimes incurred on international shipments are responsibility of the buyer. Paypal accepted.
