78RPM Gennett 6697 Lawrence Welk, Doin' the New Down Low (1st record) / Pat Dollohan, v- Lynn Foster,  Sweethearst on Parade solid V to V+   This rare great Gennett circa 1928 (my many photos above) is in a solid V to V+ (my expert said V+). This granddaddy of a Gennett (Welks 1st record) has nothing notable wrong with it. This is a fairly average condition old 78 with medium wear and flaws--mostly just a consistent generalized wear. I read there is only 3 copies of this in existence on popsike?? a little extreme?. This 78 record is close to the definition of rare. Only have 1 of this. Labels have slight wear.
