Hello. While on vacation last week I opened up a Decca Cinderella record folder at a thrift store and found these three 78rpms hiding inside. Perhaps my $3 investment will buy my wife and me lunch at the Golden Chopsticks Buffet.


Here’s what you’ll get:

  1. School Day (Ring! Ring! Goes The Bell), Chuck Berry, Chess 1653, 8379 ARC Music. The flipside is Deep Feeling, 1653, 8378 ARC Music. No chips, no cracks, no deep scratches. Surface scuffs only and some of the gloss remains. VG condition. Great to hear this one on my vintage tube Califone. It f*cking rocks.
  2. Young Blood, The Coasters, Atco 6087, Vocal Quartet 57C-187. The flipside is Searchin’. No chips, no cracks, no deep scratches. Surface scuffs only and some of the gloss remains. VG condition. Once again, great to hear this one. It kicks a**.
  3. Miss You So, Lillian Offitt, Excello Records 2104, Rhythm – Blues. The flipside is If You Only Knew. No chips, no cracks, no deep scratches. Surface scuffs only and some of the gloss remains. VG condition. Never heard of Lillian until I came across this disc. An obscure record to be sure.
