Description
This lot of 8 different Beatles 45 rpm records all have picture sleeves and are in cellophane protectors. Each cellophane protector is marked with a label and price. These records are from a dealer going out of business, I don't know anything about the price he has marked on them, but I have listed the price with each record. There is 1 record which is cracked.It is the Vee-Jay "Do You Know a Secret and Thank You Girl", and it is the only record with damage. Below is a list of the records.
- WE CAN WORK IT OUT/ DAY TRIPPER, Capitol Records 5555. Sleeve shows very slight wear, one corner has a bend crease. Record is in very good condition, does not look like it has been played. Envelope is marked $105.
- EXTRACTS FROM THE ALBUM-A HARD DAY'S NIGHT, Songs on record are: ANY TIME AT ALL- I'LL CRY INSTEAD-THINGS WE SAID TODAY-WHEN I GET HOME. Sleeve is marked GEP 8924, it is Parlorphone, EMI. Record was made and printed in Great Britain, 1964. Sleeve has tab on back side. Sleeve is in very good condition, only a crease mark on upper right corner. Record is near mint condition. Does not appear to have been played. Envelope is marked $125.
- EIGHT DAYS A WEEK-I DON'T WANT TO SPOIL THE PARTY, Capitol Records 5371. Record shows some wear and has slight scratching. Sleeve is in fair/good condition, showing normal wear. Record is marked "Recorded in England". Envelope is marked $125.
- HELP! / I'M DOWN, Capitol Records 5476. Sleeve shows normal ring wear, no severe damage. Record is in good condition, only very slight wear. Envelope is marked $150
- SHE LOVES YOU / I'LL GET YOU, Swan Records, S-4152. Record is in near mint condition, does not appear to have been played. Sleeve shows normal wear. Envelope is marked $175.
- RAIN / PAPERBACK WRITER, Capitol Records 5651. Sleeve shows normal wear, bend crease on lower left corner. Record shows slight wear, but is still in good condition. Envelope is marked $125.
- THE INNER LIGHT / LADY MADONNA, Capitol Records 2138. Sleeve has a round stamp on upper left corner which says 98. It is on the letter B in Beatles. Sleeve shows normal wear, record is in good condition. Envelope is marked $230.
- The last record is the Vee-Jay record which is cracked. The sleeve is in good condition. Sleeve says VJ Vee-Jay Records VJ-587, DO YOU WANT TO KNOW A SECRET AND THANK YOU GIRL. Once again, I want to stress the fact that this record is cracked (picture shown).
