VG (Most sleeves have slight wear only. All excellent or VG+ apart from "CURE" which is VG and "COCKNEY REJECTS" & "G.B.H" which are only GOOD)

INNERS:

VG+ (All test played as excellent or VG+. Slight visual wear only, apart from "GBH" which has a lot of visual wear but stills plays as EX and "CURE" and "COCKNEY REJECTS" which play as VG+ with a little crackle at times. )

GRADINGS

When grading records and CD’s I follow the standard UK grading system as defined by Record Collector Magazine. This is the most widely used guide and respected by Collectors Worldwide.

MINT (M) – Record is in brand new condition. The cover and all extra items are present and in perfect condition.

EXCELLENT (EX) – The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and / or creasing.

VERY GOOD (VG) – The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items (without any major defects) is acceptable.

I always grade honestly and accurately and unless a record is extremely rare I never sell anything with a grading below VG-

SHIPPING

I mail everything using the best quality (music industry standard) packaging materials. This means sturdy cardboard record mailers with added cardboard stiffeners for LP’s and 7” singles. For CD’s I use tough jiffy bags and I add card protectors to any CD’s that have card sleeves.

(NB: I usually use Royal Mail Standard Parcel Post for packages that weigh over 2kg. This is a secure service that usually takes 3-5 working days for delivery)
