Description
Full set of four 8" RCA blank (never recorded) recording discs. Come in the original paper envelope that has become brittle and torn with age. Printing on envelope and disc labels is clear. These are heavy for their size- I believe they have a metal substrate to which the black acetate was applied. Please note that some small areas of the acetate layer appears to be slightly bubbled on some of the disc surfaces. Some of the discs have areas of light white haze of unknown origin that may or may not come off with cleaning (at risk of damage). Utmost care will be taken when packing to help prevent damage to the surfaces, but sale is as-is and final. Understand that some dislodging of the acetate surface in shipping may be inevitable. These discs have become rare in the unrecorded state. Great conversation and display pieces, attempting to record on them is not recommended due to the fragile acetate coating.
