Description

An original tin of Margo of Mayfair talc 1964.Elliptical metal tin 7" tall by approx 4 and 1/2  high with 1963 picture of the band with stuffed toy and ski on one side and individual portrait pictures on other.

These tins of talc were for use in bathrooms and most have surfaces that are seriously affected by rust and dented.

This tin has no dents .The only signs of being a forty year old tin are some small rust freckles at base and some scratches ,mostly on back. Top and bottom are in good condition. The areas of the tin which were originally red ie:header and footer text have faded to beige.  Almost full of original talc.

As shown on Antiques Road Show five years ago .A superb and rare item always considered collectable.
