For 2020, Craft Recordings re-issued a special 70th
Anniversary of A Charlie Brown Christmas featuring
a limited edition lenticular version of the original
1960’s cover (not in use since prior to 1980’s).
SPECIAL FOR THE PEANUTS 70th ANNIVERSARY
THIS YEAR: A Charlie Brown Christmas will be
wrapped with an ‘animated’ collectible lenticular
featuring Charles M Schulz’s beloved classic
characters. The lenticular will be shrink-wrapped to
the outer jacket so it can be framed or showcased
separately from the album as the work of art that it is.
A Charlie Brown Christmas is officially the
second–biggest-selling jazz title in history, certified
4 x Platinum by the RIAA in late 2016.
Package includes liner notes by esteemed jazz writer
Ralph J Gleason.
