Description

Sol Marcus and Bennie Benjamin were a prolific songwriting team, writing songs including Lonely Man for Elvis Presley and Don't Let Me Be Misunderstood for The Animals.  Here we have a song they wrote together called "A Girl Has a Right" (which was released as "A Girl Has a Right (to Change Her Mind)" by Frankie Cherval.  That version is a Northern Soul favorite, this appears to be the writer's original demo.  10" 45 rpm acetate is in nice VG shape, with a small flaw in the non-playing area of the acetate (see photo 3).
