Description

Hi,i have for sale a lovely vintage Academy portable wind up gramophone that is fully working and dates to the late 1920's early 1930's.This gramophone has a very good brown felt platter,a nice chrome tone arm and a very good Meltrope MK III sound box.The motor lasts for a full record when wound and the sound reproduction is excellent with no rasps to the sound quality. The case is excellent and it still has its original leather strap.I have had a few gramophones over the years but the sound quality on this fella is very nice for its age. There are no rips in the case covering and the general condition is lovely for something that is over 70 years old!.The postage will be £11 to send very well wrapped. Many thanks for looking(;O)
