Note: A couple of copies of this very rare album recently sold for over £150 in online auctions. I sold another copy of this LP three years ago for £50, within an hour of listing it. Clearly a great investment and a rare insight into the formative stages of Milton Keynes' music heritage (the shopping centre existed, but many of the estates were just a muddy field in 1981) Sadly the "Peartree Centre" was demolished to make way for housing in the late 80's
