Die Singer-Songwriterin A.A. Williams ist eine Senkrechtstarterin der britischen Musikszene. Nach dem Release ihres Debütalbum "Forever Blue", erscheint jetzt ihr neues Album "Songs From Isolation".
Die Sängerin nahm Coverversionen von Songs auf, die von den Fans vorgeschlagen wurden und veröffentlichte eine Reihe von Videos, in denen die Tracks mit reduzierten Instrumentals präsentiert und von ihrem Zuhause in Nord-London aus aufgenommen und gefilmt wurden. Das Album ist eine Vervollständigung beziehungsweise Fortsetzung dieses Projektes, das neun neuinterpretierte Versionen von u.a. The Cure, Pixies, Deftones, Nick Cave, Smashing Pumpkins, Radiohead und Nine Inch Nails enthält.
