Mint: Shiny like new, no sign of being played, never cleaned so may have light dust only
EXC+: Shiny like new, maybe never played. The odd mark/line maybe just visible in good light
EXC: Shiny, maybe a few feint marks/lines visible in good light
VG+ Like EXC but with many very feint marks/lines, nothing too audible
VG: Very playable may have audible small scratches/marks
Good: Playable may have many audible scratches (non deep), and may need a wash to de-dust.
Fair: Many scratches. Some deep. May need a wash. Just listenable to.
For radial marks, these are lines that follow the groove(s) in a various manner, these maybe even from pressing.
For sleeves
Mint rarely used as they always show some wear.
