Description
original Jamaican reggae rocksteady lp produced by Brad Osbourne: The Uniques ABSOLUTELY THE UNIQUES (Clocktower Records)
THE UNIQUES
ABSOLUTELY THE UNIQUES
original Clocktower US pressing
It'd be hard to top this collection of stunning three-part harmony vocals circa 1969 in the entire history of Jamaica. Slim Smith, Jimmy Riley & Lloyd Charmers together sound like heaven on earth. This is certainly my favorite album from that time, that's for sure. The original US vinyl is in Excellent condition with no skips, no warp, no scratches. Handwritten numbers on labels correct mixed up text on labels. Small piece missing from outer edge of disc does not affect play. Its original jacket is in Very Good+ shape with no seam splits. Rockin' steady with feeling and equalibrium.
