Only the very first pressings of this LP had the flyer for the AC/ DC Souvenir Songbook included. I guess it’s so rare because the a lot of people either used it to send away for the Songbook or they just pulled it out, read it and then forgot about it Also, the very first pressings of this album never sold in anything like the quantities that later ones did – so there never were many to begin with. Maybe somewhere between those 3 reasons, there’s the answer
Anyway, the labels of the blue roo first pressing are M-. There are no real problems with the cover except a couple of letters have come off the writing on the spine. It’s EX. On the vinyl- there are a few light marks on one side that don’t sound (It plays very well) It’s between EX and EX-. The flyer has a little bit of foxing and the paper is dulling slightly with age But it’s still towards EX+.

EXCELLENT: Slight signs of having been played, no lessening of sound quality. Cover, label, extras may show slight signs of usage.

GOOD: Showing considerable wear and tear. Reasonable, playable sound. Cover, label, extras may also display considerable deterioration.
FAIR: Sound quality may have deteriorated. Cover, label, extras may also display significant wear and tear.
